Decoding Words – Read It, Write It, See It Bundle

Description

Practice blending sounds and decoding words with this interactive activity that has a fun twist! This activity is perfect for helping students grasp the importance of the letter and sound relationship within words.

Students will practice reading words, writing words, and matching the correct pictures to the words. Then, they will fold over the paper on top of the pictures. Last, students will get to continue practicing by reading the word and revealing the picture underneath to see if they have read the word correctly!

This is a print and go activity!

This reading activity has tracking dots underneath each letter to practice 1:1. Students will get to touch each letter and say its sound. Then they will slide their finger on the arrow to blend the word together and read it.

Students will gain confidence and independence as they read the words and reveal the pictures! This activity is perfect for reading groups, literacy centers, to take home and practice, and more!
