Total Pages: 3
File Size: 8 MB

Description

This is a fun, hands on, independent, engaging activity to help your students learn ‘more or less’.

This activity goes along with Common Core Standard: KCC6

Students will grab a handful of unifix cubes and make a tower with the cubes they grab. They will color that many cubes on one of the towers on a recording sheet. Next, they will take another handful of unifix cubes and put the cubes together to make a new tower. Students will color that many cubes on the other tower on the same recording sheet. They will look at the two towers that they colored on their recording sheet to determine which tower has more and which tower has less. Students will circle the tower that has more.

Your class can play more than once and glue their work onto construction paper to display their hard work!

Enjoy this FREEBIE! 😉
